REFRESH 리프레쉬

Refresh contains natural herbs which aids in warming the cold lungs and is recommended for those with allergies, rhinitis, and sinusitis to a simple runny nose.

Its recommended uses are for: 이러한 증상이 있는 분

1. Runny noses due to cold winds. 찬 바람만 쐬어도 콧물이 나오는 경우
2. Itchy noses and sneezing caused by dust, animal hair, pollen, etc. 먼지, 동물의 털, 꽃가루 등에 코주위가 가렵거나 재채기 나오는 경우
3. Runny noses, itching and sneezing experienced during the changing of seasons. 환절기에 콧물, 가려움, 재채기 등이 나오는 경우
4. Changes in vision or eye health due to nasal problems. 코문제로 시력이나 눈건강에 이상이 온 경우
5. Mouth breathing during sleep due to nasal congestion. 코가 막혀 수면중에 입으로 숨을 쉬는 경우
6. Loss of smell due to nasal congestion. 코막힘으로 냄새를 못맡는 경우
7. Headaches or itching due to nasal congestion. 코막힘으로 가려움이나 두통이 있는 경우

Directions: Take 1 tablespoon 2 times a day, 30 minutes after meals with warm water. Continue until clear of all symptoms. For fundamental treatment, prolonged use of 3 months or more is recommended.

복용법: 하루 2회, 식사 30분 후에 더운 물과 함께 한 숟가락씩 복용하세요. 증상이 완전히 소실될 때까지 복용하면 좋습니다. 근본 치료를 위해 3개월 이상 복용하시기를 추천합니다.

Caution: Children or those who weigh under 100 lbs should take ½ tablespoon each time. Pregnant women should not take Refresh.

For Better Results:

The root cause of allergy is that cold air is stagnant in the lungs, which control the nose, bronchi, and throat. So, unnecessary flesh (non-edible meat) grows in the nose to receive less cold air from outside the human body.

• Restriction of food intake in the positive quality – recommended by Digestion
• Apply a hot pack on the upper back for about 20 minutes
• Gargling the nostrils with bamboo salt or sea salt water, or boiling ginger tea or salt water to cover the nose with water vapor (hot steam)
